Men's Lacrosse Set for MAC Freedom Semifinal Clash at DeSales

GLENSIDE, Pa. – The No. 3 Arcadia University men's lacrosse team travels to No. 2 DeSales University on Wednesday night for the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom Semifinals. Opening faceoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Turf Fields in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

ABOUT THE KNIGHTS

Arcadia enters postseason play with an 11-6 overall record and a 5-2 mark in MAC Freedom competition. The Knights have reached double-digit wins for the third consecutive season and just the fourth time in program history.

Tristan Johnson leads the offense with 37 goals and 54 points. At the faceoff X, Colin Brockman has been dominant, winning 200 of 281 attempts for a .712 win percentage. Brockman leads both the team and the conference with 132 ground balls, averaging 7.76 per game, and has already set a new program record for ground balls in a single season.

Defensively, Jack Keenan and Will Kazmierski pace the unit with 19 caused turnovers each. In goal, Nate Hudgins holds an 11-5 record with 136 saves this season and surpassed 500 career saves earlier this year. Joseph Tesler has also contributed in net, recording 54 saves with a .535 save percentage.

Earlier this season, Arcadia defeated DeSales in a 14-13 double-overtime thriller, sealed by Gavin Lenart. In the all-time series, DeSales holds a 10-5 advantage, though Arcadia has won two of the last three meetings. The Knights are seeking their first MAC Freedom Championship game appearance since the 2022 season.
