KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's golf 'B Team' wrapped up the second and final round of the Albright Fall Invitational at Berkleigh Golf Club on Saturday. The par-72 course played at 6,729 yards. The Knights improved by four strokes in the second round, carding a 52-over 340 to finish 13th in the 14-team field with a two-day total of 108-over 684.
Hayden Williamson again led the Knights, carding a 10-over 82 to finish tied for 36th overall. Williamson shot matching 41s on the front and back nine. On the front, he recorded three pars and a birdie. He opened the back nine with a birdie on the 10th hole before adding five more pars, including three straight on holes 11-13.
Caden Wistreich finished second among the Knights with a 14-over 86, improving by one stroke from the opening round to finish 63rd overall. Wistreich shot a 43 on the front nine, recording two pars and a birdie on the eighth hole. He also carded a 43 on the back nine, adding three more pars and a birdie on the par-5 16th hole.
Kyle Miller finished third for the Knights, improving by five strokes with a second-round 85. Miller recorded four pars on the front nine while shooting a 42. On the back nine, he added five more pars, including four consecutive pars to open the side, en route to a 43.
Jacksen Goobie improved by two strokes in the second round, carding a 15-over 87. Goobie shot a 45 on the front nine with two pars before improving by three strokes on the back nine with a 42. He added another par, a birdie on the 10th hole and an eagle on the 16th hole. Goobie finished tied for 68th overall.
Justin Madden shot an 89, but his score did not contribute to the Knights' team total. Madden carded a 43 on the front nine with two pars and a birdie on the ninth hole. He added two more pars on the back nine while shooting a 46.
Albright captured team honors with a two-day score of 11-over 587, shooting rounds of 302 and 285.
