Biography

2024- Competed in 7 meets... Recorded a personal best in the Javelin throw with a distance of 44.80m placing 1st at the Kings College Monarch Open(4/27)... Broke program record in the 4x100 alongside Masai pines Elliot, Bryan Carroll, and Myles Sams with a time of 42.87 at the 2024 Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships(5/2).

2023: Competed in seven meets... Recorded a personal best jump of 5.88 meters in the long jump at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr 13-15)... Earned a personal best time of 11.50 in the 100-meter dash at the MAC Championships (May 4-6)... Achieved a career best time of 23.17 in the 200-meter dash at the MAC Championships (May 4-6)... Participated in the 4x100m (43.40, 43.15) and 4x400m (3:42.09) relays at the MAC Championships (May 4-6). 

2021: Competed in six meets... Qualified for the MAC Championships in the triple jump with a top distance of 12.08m at Widener University’s Opening Meet (Mar. 27)... Recorded a top distance of 11.48m to place 15th overall in the triple jump at the MAC Championships (May. 8)... Participated in the 4x100m (44.44) and 4x400m (3:35.74) relays at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Achieved a top mark of 23.91 in the 200m dash at Widener University (Apr. 24)... Registered a season-best mark of 5.53m in the long jump at Widener University (Apr. 10)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Competed in four years of ice hockey, two seasons of outdoor track & field and two years of soccer at Nashoba Regional High School… Played ice hockey in Europe where he represented the United States in the 2018 Finland Lions Cup… Served as a two-year captain on the ice hockey team… Named Most Outstanding Player for ice hockey… Named ice hockey league all-star and Bellingham Christmas Tournament MVP... Holds soccer school record for most goals as a freshman.
