2024: Competed in 7 meets... Recorded a personal best in the triple jump with a distance of 14.68m at the All-American Invitational (4/19)... Placed 1st in the 4x100 alongside Masai Pines Elliot, Robert Carter, and Bryan Carroll with a time of 43.94 at the All-American Invitational (4/19)... Placed 2nd in the long jump with a distance of 6.22m at the Ursinus Track and Field Festival (4/5)... Made the podium in three events at the 2024 MAC Championships... Earned a bronze medal in the triple jump (14.19m), placed fourth in long jump (6.60m), and sixth in high jump (1.87m)... Was a member of the program record breaking 4x100m relay at the 2024 MACs (5/3)... Qualified for his second NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Nationals... Earned Second Team All-American in the triple jump with a 15th place finish (14.44m). 

2023: Competed in nine meets... Qualified for five events at the MAC Championships, meeting standards in the 200m, 4x100m relay, high jump, long jump, and triple jump... Placed eleventh overall in the 200-meter dash with a personal best time of 22.61 at the MAC Championships (May 4-6)... Placed first in the triple jump with a career best mark of 14.62 meters at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational (4/21)... Finished sixth in the 100-meter dash with a personal best time of 11.30 at the Osprey Open and Multi (Apr 7-8)... Participated in the 4x100m relay (43.40, 43.15) at the MAC Championships (May 4-6), Finished fourth in the high jump (1.86m), eighth in the long jump, and second in the triple jump (14.36m) at the MAC Championships (May 4-6). Finished 19th in the triple jump with a 13.95 meter mark at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 25-27).

2021: Competed in six meets… Qualified for a program-best four events at the MAC Championships, while meeting standards in the 100m, 200m, 400m hurdles, and long jump… Placed 5th overall in the long jump with a season-best distance of 6.52m to earn the men’s first podium finish in program history at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Finished 13th overall with a season-best time of 11.37 in the 100m dash at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Crossed the finish line at 23.20 in the 200m dash at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Participated in the 4x100m (44.44) and 4x400m (3:35.74) relays at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Placed second overall in the long jump with a distance of 6.38m, while meeting championship standards at Widener University’s Opening Meet (Mar. 27)... Posted a season-best mark and qualified for MACs in the 400m hurdles with a time of 59.95 to place fifth overall at Widener University (Apr. 10)... Ran a season-best time of 23.04 in the 200m dash at Widener University (Apr. 24)... Finished third overall with a time of 11.71 in the 100m dash at the Alvernia University Last Chance Qualifier (May 1)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Competed in four years of indoor/outdoor track & field and two seasons of basketball at William Penn Charter… Named a team captain for the indoor and outdoor seasons… Helped capture the Inter-Academic League Championship as a freshman… Placed second overall in the high hurdles at the Inter-Academic League Championships… Finished sixth overall in the high hurdles at states as a junior.
