2021: Competed in six meets… Participated in the 800m run (2:06.23) and 4x400m relay (3:35.74) at the MAC Championships (May 7-8)... Achieved a season-best time of 2:05.34 in the 800m run at Widener University (Apr. 24)... Ran a top mark of 4:29.06 in the 1500m run at Widener University (Mar. 27)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Competed in four years of cross country and eight semesters of track & field at King Philip Regional High School… Chosen a 2018 Cross Country League All-Star… Received  the Unsung Hero Award as a sophomore… Earned several medals for top finishes at cross country and track & field meets… Named a 2020 League All-Star for indoor track & field… Qualified for the national meet in the DMR during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
