2024- Competed in 4 meets... recorded a personal best in the javelin throw with a distance of 34.60m at the All-American Invitational(4/19)... Placed 1st in the 110m hurdles with a time of 18.36 at the Kings College Monarch Open(4/27)...

2023: Competed in four events… Recorded a personal best time of 12.20 in the 100-meter dash at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational (4/21)... Achieved a career best throw of 28.00m in the javelin at the King's College Monarch Open (4/29). 

2021: Competed in three events… Participated in the 4x100m relay (44.44) at the MAC Championships (May 6-8)... Won the 110m hurdles with a season-best time of 17.58 at Widener University’s Opening Meet (Mar. 27)... Achieved a season-best mark of 5.40m in the long jump at Widener University (Mar. 27).
