Biography

2023: Competed in seven meets for the Knights... Recorded a personal best time of 11:54.18 and finished second in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the King's College Monarch Open (4/29)... Achieved two personal best times at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational (4/21) in the 200-meter with a time of 29.14 and the 1500-meter with a time of 4:29.75.

2021: Did not compete... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Graduated from Exeter Township High School in 2019… Competed in track & field for four years… Member of the cross country team for two years.
