2023: Competed in seven meets… Crossed the finish line in six place in the 10,000-meter race with a personal best time of 36:45.63 at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (April 13-15)... Achieved a career best time in 1500-meter race with a time of 4:36.71 at the Osprey Open and Multi (Apr 7-8)... Participated in the 4x800m relay (8:58.81) at the MAC Championships (May 4-6).

2021: Competed in three meets… Achieved a season-best time of 4:49.69 in the 1500m run at Widener University (Apr. 18)... Posted a season-best mark of 2:16.69 in the 800m run at Widener University (Mar. 27).
