Warriors improved to 5-3 with the win, while the Knights fell to 5-4.
Sophomore
Matthew Morano won the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:51.96 and won the 500 freestyle in 5:10.24 while placing second in the 100 freestyle (49.10). Freshman
Anthony Crane came in second in the 200 freestyle, and placed third in the 100 freestyle (50.69) and 500 freestyle (5:21.95) events.
Sophomore
Eric Lam won the 100 backstroke with a time of 57.61 seconds and then took home a first-place finish in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:03.54. He later was the runner-up in the 200 individual medley (2:02.34).
Junior
Timothy Graham and senior
Alex Ganguzza placed second and third in the 200 butterfly with respective times of 2:04.61 and 2:12.90. Graham also finished second in the 200 breaststroke (2:22.81) and third in the 200 IM (2:04.92), while Ganguzza placed third in the 200 backstroke (2:13.39) and 100 butterfly (56.54).
Junior
Will Nolter came in second in the 1,000 freestyle after turning in a time of 11:22.58, while freshman
Jacob Schellinger was the runner-up in the 100 butterfly (55.62). Freshman
Chris Nicolescu finished third in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:05.19, just ahead of classmate
Mark Tieleman's fourth-place time of 1:06.16. Senior
David Battistelli placed third in the 50 freestyle after touching the wall in 23.77 seconds, edging out Schellinger (24.10) and Tieleman (24.15).
The 200 medley relay team of Lam, Nicolescu, Ganguzza and Battistelli placed second with a time of 1:43.78, while the 200 freestyle relay team of Morano, Battistelli, Tieleman and Graham came in second with a time of 1:32.00.
The Knights will close out the dual meet portion of the season next Saturday, January 24, for a 12p.m. dual meet against Widener University at Lenox Pool.
