No. 2 Men's Lacrosse Ready for MAC Freedom Championship at No. 1 Stevens
GLENSIDE – The No. 2 seed Arcadia University men's lacrosse team is set to hit the road for Hoboken, N.J. where it will face No. 1 Stevens Institute of Technology in its first-ever Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Championship on Saturday with game time scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
The Knights advanced with a 20-13 win in the semifinals over No. 3 DeSales while the Ducks defeated No. 4 Misericordia 24-10.

About the Knights
Arcadia enters the Championship with a 12-5 record after defeating the Bulldogs in the MAC Freedom semifinals on Thursday. The Knights are led on offense by Brian Alberstsen, who has totaled 61 points on 43 goals and 18 assists.
Kyle McLaughlin led all scorers in the semifinal with eight points on four goals and four assists while
Wesley Sporer added six goals, his personal best.
Timmy Fyock leads the defense, stopping eight shots on Thursday to secure the victory while
A.J. Dominguez and
Brett Sciascia were victorious in 68 percent (25-of-37) faceoffs against DeSales.
About the Ducks
Stevens stands at 11-7 entering the Championship game after topping the Cougars, and are led by Tyler Ryan's 22 goals and 36 assists for 58 points. Jake Zeyher made 13 saves on Thursday while Connor Park won 59 percent (17-of-29) faceoffs. The Ducks claimed the victory in the two teams' regular season matchup when they defeated Arcadia 10-8 back on April 27
th in Glenside. The next closest goal differential in a conference game for Stevens was a 10-goal victory over Misericordia on April 9
th in Dallas, Pa.
