NEWTOWN, Pa. - Arcadia University's women's golf senior, Taylor Gardner, was named Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Golfer of the Week and women's soccer senior, Abby Fuchs, was named Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Gardner paced Arcadia at the Stockton Tri-Match with a round of 92 at Blue Heron Pines Country Club. Gardner carded a 45 on the front nine and a 47 on the back, finishing with four pars on the day.

Fuchs notched two more shutouts, making 10 saves in a 0-0 draw with Franklin & Marshall and six in a 2-0 win at Widener. She has now posted five straight clean sheets and six total this season.
