WILMINGTON, Del. - Ryan O'Neill led the Arcadia University men's golf team with a fifth place finish at the Frederick W. Anton III Memorial on Sunday morning. The senior shot a season-best 75 (+3) to place fifth overall, while
Chris D'Alessandro tied for sixth with a 76 (+4) on the afternoon. As a team, the Knights finished sixth overall with a score of 322.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- After carding a score of 76 at yesterday's Dickinson Invitational, O'Neill continued his early season momentum with a season-best 75 (+3) to earn a top-five finish. The senior placed fifth overall and finished just three strokes off the leader.Â
- D'Alessandro tied for sixth overall with a score of 76 (+4) on the afternoon. The senior opened the season with a team-best 75 (+3) at yesterday's tournament.
Shawn McKnerney finished third on the squad, as he tied for 22nd overall with a score of 80.

Nicholas McAndrew made their season debuts for the Knights. Watson shot a 91 on the afternoon, while McAndrew carded a 92.
