GREENSBORO, N.C. - Arcadia University baseball graduate student Solomon Griffith has been named to the Region IV All-Defensive Team, as announced by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) on Thursday evening.

Griffith is the first player in program history to receive the honor for his work with the glove, finishing the season with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in 332 chances at first base. Griffith was also named Honorable Mention All-Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom), after he batted .349 with 60 hits, 47 runs, nine doubles, two triples, 31 RBI's, 15 walks, 14 hit-by-pitches, and 17 stolen bases.
