Tom DeGeorge joined the men's soccer program in Fall 2001. As a high-scoring midfielder, his offensive skills contributed to the undefeated team in 2001. As a captain, Tom led the team with 18 goals and 12 assists in 2002. He was the first male athlete to be named an All-American and was a two-time All-American. In addition, Tom was recognized twice as a first-team Regional All-American, and was named Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) Player o the Year and first team All-PAC both years he played for Arcadia University.
